Seasonal periods:
Low Season: Jan 9th – 20th 2012, Jan 27th – April 3rd, 2012, April 12th – May 31st, 2012, Sep 16th – Dec 19th, 2012 (excluding Chinese New Year & Easter week)
High Season: Jan 21ST – 26th, 2012 (Chinese New Year), April 4th – 11th, 2012 (Easter Week), June 1st – Sep 15th
Peak Season: Dec 20th , 2012 – Jan 10th, 2013
Minimum Stay:
Low season: 3 nights
High season: 7 nights
peak season: 10 nights
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time: 14:00;
Check-out time: 12:00.
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
Liability
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
Booking procedures and term condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5)
working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the client.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- If a deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled.
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or
immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of
Christmas/New Years bookings).
- In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within
two (5) working days, or on arrival, if less than five (5) working days, whichever comes first.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival),
full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full,less 25% of the total rental fee with a maximum of 1000 USD,
if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for High and Peak Season bookings).
- Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture
of deposit to compensate The villa for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to
compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking
has been confirmed.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy.
The Tra villa has 4 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy is up to 8 persons and ideally 2 person in each bedroom, but if you wish to have
additional guests or usage a function venue at the villa then we must get informed
in advance otherwise the villa will not accepted the booking without prior confirmation.
