Cancellation:
• Cancellation within 2 (two) days prior to arrival subject to 1 (one) night cancellation fee.
• 1 (one) night No Show Fee will be applied for No Show Clients
Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: two bedroom maximum occupancy is 4 persons, the four bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 8 persons. The six bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 12 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.
Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.
Payment:
• Deposit: 1 (one) night deposit is required 5 (five) days before arrival date.
• Full Payment: Should be settled in 14 (fourteen) days after check out.
