- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out ).
- Daily breakfast.

- Free Daily car and driver exclude petrol (only if booked entire villas).

* 2 cars and drivers are available at no additional cost – for 10 hours per day – excluded petrol.

Seasonal Rate
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year)
September 16th to December 19th
High Season: June 1st to September 15th
Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th

Minimum stay requirements:
Low Season: 3 nights.
High Season: 5 nights.
Peak Season: 7 nights.

Villa standart check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00.
- Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge at 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability and full one night rate will applied if check-out after 18:00 clock.

Booking Procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking.
- And the remaining due balance is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Canggu Terrace reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
