- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out)
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
- FREE usage Wi-Fi broadband Internet access – personal laptop is required.
- In-villa daily continental breakfast, max. 2 breakfast per room.
- Serviced daily including housekeeping and chef/cook for in villa lunch and dinner.
- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest’s account.
- Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day - ALL IN
Seasonal periods:
Low season : January 9 - June 30 (Excluding CNY and Eeaster Week Period) September 16 – December 19
High season : ( CNY and Easter Week Period) July 1 - July 31 , September 1 - September 15 August 1 - August 31
Peak season : December 20 - January 8Jan 8 (Christmas & New Year)
Villa standart check in/out time:
- Check-in time: after 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: before 11:00 AM
- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
1. 100% deposit refund less 1 night stay rate if cancellation made 60 days before arrival.
2. 50% refund if cancellation made 45 days before arrival.
3. No refund is provided if cancellation is made less than 45 days before arrival or no show.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Mary Beach reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
