Note :
All rates quoted by US Dollars per night and inclusive 21% government tax and service charge.Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
- In-house daily Continental breakfast (maximum 2 person per room)
- Unlimited FREE usage WIFI Internet access (guest' personal computer is required)
- Serviced daily including housekeeping
* Grocery at cost (receipt value) purchased by staff.
* Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.

Low Season:
January 9 - June 30 (excluding CNY & Easter Period),
September 16 - December 19
High Season:
January 20 to January 25,(Chinese New Year)
April 6- April 12,(Easter Week period)

Peak Season:
August 1 - August 31,
December 20 - January 8 (Christmas & New Year)
Minimum stay requirement:
Low season: 3 night
High season: 5 night
Peak season: 7 night
Villa standart check-in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Sandy 3 reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
