Seasonal Periods:
Low : Jan 9th – 19th, 2012, Feb 1st – March 31st, 2012, April 23rd – May 30th, 2012, Sep 16th – Dec 19th, 2012 (excluding Chinese New Year & Easter week)
High : Jan 20th – 31st, 2012 (Chinese New Year), April 1st – 22nd, 2012 (Easter Week), June 1st – Sep 15th
Peak : Dec 20th , 2012 – Jan 10th, 2013
Villa standart check in/out time
- Check-in time is 14.00pm.
- Check-out time is 12.00 noon.
Late check-out until 18.00 pm (6pm) can be arranged at half of the rental rate – subject to availability. Full night applies after 6pm.
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 Nights
High season : 5 Nights
Peak Season : 7 Nights
Villa condition & requirements:
- Maximum occupancy: 10 persons
- Special events at Villa Sankara must be authorised by the villa owner.
- At your service, a full time site manager who supervisers twelve trained staff including housekeepers, cook, gardeners, maintenance and 24 hour security.
Reservations:
Reservations must be placed in writing to our office by e-mail or fax and is confirmed once the required holding deposit has been received. Enquiries will be held for 3 (three) days only without a deposit or full payment. Exotic Hideaways will inform the agent if there is another inquiry conflicting the dates.
Payment Terms:
- To confirm any reservation a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation.
- A full service agent is entitled to 20% commission from rate before tax and service charge. Full service agent responsible with the booking, communications with guests, receiving payments, airport transfer and meet & greet guests on arrival.
- Deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
- No show – No refunds given.
- Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the agent.
- Reservations are handled on first come – first serve basis.
- Any amendments to bookings after the original invoice has been issued will attract a USD 50.00 fee.
- For any assistance with credit card facilities a USD 50.00 per booking will apply.
- Food & Beverage, telephone, car rental, any loss and breakages are at additional cost.
Cancellation Policy:
-Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final payments are non refundable.
