Note :
All rates above are subject 15.5% to government tax and service chargeRates are inclusive of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- Daily breakfast.
- Welcome drink and cold towels upon arrival
- Flowers arrangement
- Fully staff included private chef and butler service.
- Daily car and driver (7 seats vehicle ) per 9 hours excluded petrol
- Free entrance to Canggu Club House.
Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%
and include daily breakfast.
Seasonal periods:
Low Season : January 9 - June 30 inclusive (excluding Easter and Chinese New Year Week), September 16 – December 19 inclusive
High Season : July 1 – July 31 inclusive, September 1-15, Easter Week and Chinese New Year Week
Peak Season : August 1 – August 31 inclusive, December 20 – January 8
Check-in & check-out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Minimum stay required
Low season : 3 nights
High season: 7 nights
Peak season: 7 nights
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.
- Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 if the booking is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival in regular/high season(at 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period asstated above, and however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non-refundable.
- Balance Payments is non-refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Sati reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
