Note :

Minimum Stay:
• Low Season: 3 nights stay
• High Season: 5 nights stay (15 July - 15 September)
• Peak Season: 10 nights stay (15 December - 15 January)

• The rates are NET including 11% government tax and 10% service charge
• Check-in time: 14.00 Bali time. Early check-in is available if there is no staying guest on the same arrival date
• Check-out time: 11.00 Bali Time. Late check-out is available until max 16.00 if there is no check-in guest on the same date.
• Late check-out more that 17.00 will be charge at 50% of daily rental rate.
• F&B. Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
