Minimum Stay:
Low season: 2 nights
High season: 3 nights
Peak season: 5 nights

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forms invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
2. Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3. In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable.
