Note :
All rates above are included of government tax and service chargeRates above are inclusive of:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
- Rates is include 1 car and driver (*For 8 hours consecutive per day – not including petrol)

Seasonal:
LOW SEASON : January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14 not including Easter week
HIGH SEASON : July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15, Easter Week and Chinese New Year week
PEAK SEASON : August 1 – 31, Christmas & New Year Period (Decembe 15 – January 8)
Check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
- Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
- Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. The 4 bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons.
Booking precedures:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be made in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival date for low season booking (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payment is received by the villa management.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Toraja reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
