Note :
Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- Pick-up service in/out from Airport to villa (1 x in & 1 x out).
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
- FREE unlimited use of Wi-Fi broadband Internet access (personal laptop is required).
- In-villa daily breakfast ( max. 2 persons per room).
Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
Baby Cot: US $25. 00 per night
Extra Bed (1.2 x 2m): US $50. 00 per night
Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 9 – June 30 and September 16 – December 19
High Season: July 1 – July 31 and September 1 – September 15
Peak Season: August 1 – August 31 and December 20 – January 8
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 2 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
- Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
- Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Liability:
Be aware that all clients will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
