Note :
- All rates below are subject 10% prevailing government tax and service charge.- All rates are quoted in USD net/villa/night.
All rates are quoted in nightly basis with inclusive of the following benefits:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
- FREE use of WiFi broadband Internet access – personal laptop is required.
Seasonal periods:
LOW SEASON: January 11 – June 30,September 11 – December 20, except Easter week and Chinese New Year
HIGH SEASON: July 01 – August 31, September 01 – 10 (Easter Week & Chinese New Year)
PEAK SEASON: December 20 – January 10
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 5 Nights
High Season : 7 Nights
Peak Season : 7 Nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
- Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
- Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks
after booking are confirmed (unless it is a booking within 45 days within arrival)
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Valentine reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
