Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Extra beds are not allowed in villa.
The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
Cancellataion/No Show Policy
Any cancellation within 21 days (during low season) and 30 days (during high season) subject to one night cancellation fee. 'No show' subject to 100% cancellation fee from total nights room reserved.
Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.
