Seasonal periods:
Low season: rest of the year
High season: 1 July - 15 September, Easter, Chinese new year
Peak season: Chritmas and new year, 20 Decemeber 10 January

Minimum stay requirement:
Low Season: 3 nights,
High Season: 7 nights,
Peak Season: 10 nights

Villa standart check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00, Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge at 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability and full one night rate will applied if check-out after 18:00 o'clock.

Booking Procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking.
- And the remaining due balance is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
- Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
- Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Liability:
Be aware that all clients will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.

Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Casa Nena reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
