Seasons periods:
High and Peak: 1 August 2010 until 31 August 2010 & 15 December 2010 until 15 January 2011.
The villa standart check-in/out time:
- Chek-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : 12:00
- Extension of Check out time after 12:00 hours is subject to availability on the date of departure basically.
- Late Check out or Day Use from 14:00 until 18:00 hours during High / Shoulder Season is subject to availability on the date of departure. To ensure the Late Check out or Day Use from 14:00 until 18:00 will be charged 30% of Regular Room Rate. – Late Check out or Day Use after 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of Regular Room Rate.
Free day use / free late check out confirmation:
Free Day Use until 14:00 hours will be secured automatically upon booking confirmation during All Year. However Free Day Use until 18:00 hours will not be secured and is subject to availability on the date of departure. Free Day Use until 18:00 hours will be secured upon check in if the room is available.
Children policy:
- No sharing bed with parents. We recomend using separate bed for children over 5 years old.
- We provide baby cot for baby under 2 years old. Baby cot is provided upon availability, upon request, and will be charged.
Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Jimbaran Alamanda reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
