Note :

All rates quoted by US Dollars per night and inclusive to 15% government tax and service charge.

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drink and chilled towels served upon arrival
- Fresh fruit and flower arrangement upon arrival
- Fully staff: Villa manager, cook, Housekeepers and Resort recurity guards

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 09 - July 14, September 16 - December 14, Excluding Chinese New Year & Easter Week.
High Season: July 15 - 31, September 01 - 15, Easter Week & Chinese New Year.
Peak Season: August 01 - 31, December 15 - January 08.

Minimum stay requirement:
Low season: 3 night
High season: 7 night
Peak season: 10 night

Villa standart check-in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Jimbaran Beach reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
