Note :

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One-time airport return transfers. Additional transfer will be charged at IDR 100.000 / way
- Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival

- Chef services (food and beverage to be prepared for lunch and dinner are to be provided by the guests; the villa staff can purchase supplies with a 10% service charge on top of cost)
- In-house laundry (dry-clean can be arranged with additional fee)
- Free car and driver 6-consecutive hours per day per each night stay (booking time is required one day in advance). Additional usage will be charge at IDR 150,000/hour

- The villa can provide 2 floor mattresses with additional charge at US 52 / mattress / day included breakfast.
Seasonal periods:
High Season: Chinese New Year week (1 – 7 February) and Easter week (20 – 27 April), 1 – 31 July and 1 – 15 September
Peak Season: 1 – 31 August, 20 December – 15 January
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00.
- Check-out time : before 12:00.
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- All deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Karang Kembar 3 reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
