Note :

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: Jan 11 to May 31, Sep 16 to Dec 19, Chinese NY, Easter week.
High Season: Jun 1 to Sep 15, Easter week (2011: 22 - 29 Apr, 2012: 6 - 13 Apr), Chinese New Year (21 - 28 jan 2012).
Peak Season: Dec 20th to Jan 10.
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights.
High Season : 4 nights.
Peak Season : 7 nights.
Villa Capacity:
- The villa's nightly tariff represents the cost per night for a party of no more than ten guests.
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : after 14:00.
- Check-out time : before 12:00.
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant.
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Latitude reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
