Note :
- Rates are subject to 15.5% government tax and service charge- the villa rate do not included chef and breakfast

Rates above are inclusive of:
- welcome drinks, local fruits and mini bar with soft drinks and
snacks (snacks = crackers and nuts or sandwiches)
- complimentary coffee and tea facilities
- free WiFi Internet (wireless CDMA connection)
- 7-seater air conditioned car with driver for 8 consecutive hours

- one baby cot and baby high chair available free of charge
Additional information:
- Breakfast is not included but can be prepared in your villa by our butler and we have a limited menu onsite so should you require anything more substantial feel free to order whatever you like for lunch or dinner, and our staff will head out to the supermarket and get it for you at cost price.
- In conjunction with the nearby Beverly Hills Bali Resort we offer a full room service menu. Order whatever you like from the breakfast, lunch or dinner menus and it will be delivered fresh to the villa.

Check in/out time:
Check-in time: 14:00

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 10 nights
Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. The Sky house villa has three bedrooms ( 3BR ) that mean maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
