Note :
- The rates above is inclusive of 21% to government tax and service charge.- Long term and last minute rates are available upon request.
Seasonal Period:
Low season: 6th January to 14th July & 1st September to 14th December
High season: 15th July to 31st August & 15th December to 5th January
The rate above are included:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- daily American breakfast up to 8 persons
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- daily seasonal fresh fruits
- maids, chef, cleaning services and house manager
- all villa facilities
Booking term and conditions:
- A 50% deposit is required from the total rental outlay due to secure the booking.
- The deposit is required to settle through bank transfer only by manual system quoted in USD.
- Payment must be received by the villa within 7 working days of invoice has been sent.
- Reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa bank account.
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or
immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of
Christmas/New Years bookings).
- In the event of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within
two (5) working days, or on arrival, if less than five (5) working days, whichever comes first.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival),
full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
Cancellation Policy:
- The Cancellation at 61 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will 50% refundable, and should less USD 150 due to process of transferring fee and administration handling cost.
- The cancellation within 30 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will non refundable.
- The cancellation within 14 days prior arrival should be full payment from the total rental value has been agreed.
- All Bank chargers must be borne by the clients/Guests.
- The cancellation confirmation must be on writing.
Minimum stay required:
- Low season : 3 nights
- High season : 7 nights
- Peak season : 10 nights
Villa Capacity
The management is strictly observed of the villa capacity policy.
Villa Taman Caliandra consist of 4 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy
is up to 8 persons and ideally 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have
additional guests or usage a function venue at the villa then the villa management must get informed
in advance otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
