The rates above are inclusive of:
- Roundtrip airport transfer in a luxury vehicle ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- VIP airport processing services (airport expres service)
- Welcome drinks on arrival and fruit tropical basket
- 24 hour dedicated butler service
- Daily breakfast served in the villa or location of choice by the butler
The villa standard check in/out time:
Check-In and Check-Out Time
Check in Time : 15.00 hr onwards
Check out Time : 12.00 hr
Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
- 1200 hr until 1800 hr – 50% of the contracted rate
- 1800 hr or after – 100% of the contracted rate
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD REQUIRED
Low Season : 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case and availability.
BOOKING TERM AND CONDITION:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- All payment should be in US Dollas.
CANCELATIONS:
- A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each villa cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival.
- A cancellation fee equivalent to two nights will be charged for each villa cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
- For all groups and group series, an independent cancellation policy will apply to each group contract dependent on seasonality.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Edge reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
No-Shows
High Season : A no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total villa nights will be charged for each villa
*The villa booking agent is recommended you take out Travel Insurance to covered your holiday expenses in case of illness/cancellation occurred
