Note :
All rates are quoted in US Dollars per night per villa and inclusive 21% to government tax & service charge.The rates above are included benefits such as below:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Mineral water, electricity, cleaning and gardening services for the villa only
- Pool maintenance
- Laundry for bed linen and towels every 4 days
- Welcome drink (non alcoholic) and flower upon arrival
- WIFI internet unlimited
- 8 hours maid (duty time 9am – 5pm)
- Security (duty time 6 pm – 7 am)
Rates exclude of:
- Daily breakfast
- All expensed for food and beverages
- Any transportation, tours or excursions
Food and Baverages
There is no has in-house cooks but u need anything, you will need to provide the staff some money in advance for groceries purchase and they will keep the receipts to demonstrate exactly what has been spent. We can also organize reception, barbecue, dinner.
Season periods:
Low: January 9 – June 30 and September 16 to December 19
High: 1st July to 31st July, Easter week, 1st September to 15th September
Peak: 1st August to 31 August, 20th December to 8th January (Christmas and New Year period)
Minimum stay required:
Low Season: 3 nights,
High Season: 5 nights,
Peak Season: 7 nights
Villa capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. Ideally each bedroom shall occupied by two persons.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Bugenvil reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
