Note :
1. RatesAll rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of government tax, service charge, full American breakfast, return airport transfers, a car & driver (8 hours a day), welcome drinks and chilled towels upon arrival, fruit arrangement upon arrival, daily coffee and tea service, welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: April 14 - 21 (Easter week), July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15
Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8.
3. Terms of Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid 35 days prior to scheduled arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
4. Cancellation Policy
For bookings that are cancelled 36 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee. For bookings that are cancelled 35 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
5. Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
