Check-in time : 14:00

- Villas are designed to accomodate 2 persons per bedroom
The rates above are included of the following benefit:
- One time return transfer in/out from Airport to villa
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- daily breakfast ( excluded Villa Cantik )
- Three double bedroom accommodation, up to 6 adults
- Free usage of additional room for nanny in staff house and extra beds for kids in parents’ bedrooms
- Full-time cook with grocery system ( only at Villa Cantik , groceries at cost price ).
- Full time in-villa butler
- Daily usage of modern, comfortable, seven-seat car with driver. Eight hours per day (excluding petrol)
- Wi-Fi Internet - unlimited
- Daily housekeeping
- Regular linen changing
- Toiletries
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 5 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights
Terms and Condition:
1. To secure the booking we require your written e-mail or fax as confirmation to reserve the Villa, and then we will send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay.
2. We can hold inquiry for only 7 working days from the date you have booking finalized, as after 7 days we have not received your deposit, regret the booking will released automatically.
3. The payment can be made either by Bank telegraphic transfer in US$.
4. Villa check-in time is at 13:00 and check-out at 12:00 noon . However if the availability allows, we will try our best to accommodate your check-in/check-out as close to your flight schedule as possible.
5. A maximum number of Villa guest’s occupancy applies depending on the size of the Villa.
6. Payment by credit card debit authorization is also available by Visa and Master Card only, then will apply 3% has just Bank administration fee.
7. The balances of payment should be settle prior arrival at the Villa, once the balance payment has received will non-refundable.
8.The remaining balance is non refundable
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing either by
Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 unless the booking is cancelled at 45
days or more prior to arrival in Low season booking and in High and Peak season booking
should be notice us at 61 days prior to arrival .
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled exceed from notice periods above, and
however the deposit has been paid will be non-refundable and full payment from the
total transaction is obligate.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
