It is beautifully furnished featuring entertainment facilities such as TV and DVD player, set along with the small kitchen and dinning area. The master bedroom is located on the left side of the living area, comes with en suite bathroom, dressing, and private balcony. Further to the left side of the living area are
two stunning guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has direct access to the balcony with en suite bathroom. Meanwhile the second guest bedroom is located behind with separate bathroom.

Staff and Facilities
- Each villa provides daily service with hand wash and washing machine laundry; dry cleaning or
outside laundry service is not included in the rental fee
- Each villa provides a professional cook with a menu of international and local cuisine
- English speaking manager to assist guest
- Security guards
- All bed linens, towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils, basic condiments and drinking water are
provided. Normal household supplies such as toilet paper, soap and other cleaning products are
included in the rental price and will be replenished as needed.
- We advise that the hirer/agent have a “starter pack” of provisions supplied at the start of the
rental. This would include flowers, some basic foodstuffs in the kitchen, etc. The cost of this
pack is the responsibility of the agent. For overseas agents, BVW can organize a “starter-pack”
for your clients at an extra charge
