Seasonal Periods:
Low season : Jan 09 to Jun 30, Sep 16 to Dec 19 (excluding Easter week and Chinese New Year week)
High season : July 1 to July 31, Sep 01 to Sep 15, Easter Week & Chinese New Year Week
Peak season : Aug 01 to Aug 31 and Dec 20 to Jan 8
Minimum stay requirement:
- Low Season : 3 nights
- High Season: 5 nights
- Peak Season: 7 nights
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Villa capacity policy:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: one bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 2 persons. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 peoples. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance and otherwise the booking will not be accepted.
Children Policy:
Our Children's policy is to provide 1 extra bed for one child under 15 years old. In the case of two children, we allow one child under 5 years old to sleep with parents and we will provide an extra bed for children 5 to 15 years old.
Term of booking procedures:
- A deposit of 50% of the amount must be received within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival date(60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings); full payment is required within five (5) working days.
- If confirmation is made less than 5 days before the booking commences, payment is due immediately.
- For last minute bookings (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payment is received by the villa management.
Cancellation policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD 200 if the reservation is cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) then the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by us in writing.
- Final payments is non-refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Moyang reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
