Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- daily Continental breakfast
- Welcome drink and cold towels upon arrival

- Fully staff including private chef.

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19.
High Season: July 01 - 31, September 1 - 15(Chinese New Year, Easter week).
Peak Season:August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8 (Christmas and New Year).

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights.
High Season : 5 nights.
Peak Season : 7 nights.

Villa capacity policy:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the four bedroom villas maximum occupancy is up to 8 persons.

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant.
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars.
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation policy:
- Deposits has been paid will not refundable.
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Nirwana Kita reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
