CHECK IN/CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
- Check in time is 02.00 pm. Check out time is 12.00 pm.
- Request for early check in will be subject to availability. However, to guarantee the availability of a room for early check in, the room must be reserved prior to the guest’s arrival. Man & Woman Villa reserves the right to impose 50% charge base on contract rates for early check in.
- Request for late checkout is subject to availability. To guarantee the availability of a room for late check out, the room must be reserved prior to the guests’ arrival. Man & Woman Villa reserves the right to impose 50% charge base on contract rates for rooms/ rooms held up to 06.00 pm. And full day charge to be imposed thereafter

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
- Low Seasons = Within 21 days :1 (one) night accommodation charge
- Within 14 days : entire stay accommodation charge
- High/Peak Seasons = Within 30 days :1 (one) night accommodation charge
- Within 21 days : entire stay accommodation charge
- In the case of "No Show" on, entire stay accommodation charge from number of room(s) confirmed will be charged
