Extra bed : 2 maximum for 2 bedroom villa and 3 maximum for 4 bedroom villa and Extra Bed Rates at US$ 50/night

Seasonal periods:
LOW SEASON: Sept 13th to Dec 19th, Jan 10th to Jun 30th (except Easter & Chinese Week)
HIGH SEASON: July 1st to 9th, August 21st to Sept 12nd, Feb 1st to 6th(Chinese Week) and April 22nd to 28th(Easter Week)
PEAK SEASON: July 10th to August 20th, Dec 20th to January 9th

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation and no show policy
Any cancellations of the reservation must be received by the villa management with no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date. If any cancellation made before 45 days prior the arrival date then the deposit will refunded in full and less US$ 300 as booking administration fees. The cancellation made after 45 days prior the arrival date then the deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.

Liabilities
NYAMAN Villas is exonerated from all responsibilities in case of non adherence in total or partial of the contract arising from any unforeseen circumstances; third party liability and or circumstances beyond its control such as: accidental damage, catastrophes, natural disasters; partial or total strike and all governmental measures which would make it impossible for the NYAMAN Villas to carry out the terms and contract partly or fully.
