Extra charge applicable upon request:
Over 4 guests / villa, add $50 / night / person or 15$ / night per baby (3 baby cods available), Pelangi staff ($10 / staff /diner).
In-house massage, catering, vehicle rental + driver, special ceremony.

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. 4 bedroom maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Check-in/Check-out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.

Seasonal period requirement:
- Low Season : Jan 11 - Jun 30, Sept 1 - Dec 19
- High/Peak Season: Jul 01 - August 31 & Dec 20 - Jan 10 ( Christmas & New Year Period).

Minimum Rental Period
Low Season : 3-nights
High Season: 7-nights
Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
