Note :
- All rates above are included 21% to government tax and service charge.- The rates stated above are nightly basis per unit villa.
The above rates are daily basis and included the following benefit:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome Drinks
- Cold towel upon arrival
- Daily American or Indonesian breakfast
- Daily Afternoon Tea
- Tropical fresh fruit basket upon arrival
Extra bed is provided upon request with additional charge at US$ 40 / night for low season and US$ 50 / night for high season with daily breakfast is including.
Seasonal rate:
Low : Jan 06–June 30 & Sep 16–Dec 14
High : Jul 1–Sep 15 & Dec 15–Jan 05
Extra Bed Charge:
Low season: USD 40/night
High/peak season: USD 50/night

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 6 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 12 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.
