* The villa is provided sofa bed can be arranged upon request with costs at US$ 30 nett per unit per night and also the villa have a proper extra bed available with additional cost at US$ 50 nett per unit per night include breakfast.

Minimum stay requirements
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is completed received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy
Villa Three requires that all cancellations are notified in writing. (Fax or email is acceptable.)
Upon cancellation of a booking, a minimum of three months notice is required before the booked arrival date to allow any deposits paid to be refunded. Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date will not be refunded and all monies paid as deposit will be forfeited. Final payments are non refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Three reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
Responsibility
Villa Three is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Insurance
All clients are strongly recommend to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
