Low Season : January 9 th to July 14 th (excluding Easter, September 16 th to December 19 th )

High Season : July 15 th to July 31 st , September 1 st to September 15 th , Easter week

Peak Season : August 1 to August 31 st , December 20 th to January 8 th (Xmas and New Year period)

Minimum rental period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

The Villa Booking Procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
