Note :

All rates above are subject to 15,5% government tax & service charge.
The Villa standard occupancy is up to 8 persons, an additional person will be at additional cost such as below:
- Children ( 3 – 12 years old = USD 35 ++ / night )
- Adult ( 12 – years old = USD 50++/night )

The rates above are inclusive of:
- Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drink & cold towels upon arrival
- Fully staff : chef, maids and butler service
- Internet connection (WI-FI)
- Flowers arrangement

The Extra bed is available upon request with additional cost at US$ 50/night plus 15,5% to government tax and include daily breakfast.

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Seasonal Periods
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year)
September 16th to December 19th
High Season: June 1st to September 15th
Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 5 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00 if the booking is cancelled at 61 days
or more prior to arrival in regular/high season(91 days for Christmas/New Year
bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
stated above, and however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non-
refundable.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Villa Batavia has 4 bedrooms that maximum and ideal occupancy is up to 8 persons, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function then we should get informed in advance to provided a proper accommodation as villa standard requirements.
