Note :
- All villa rates are inclusive 21% government tax & services charge.- All rates are quoted in USD per night.
Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- Welcome drinks upon arrival.
- Daily breakfast (2 persons per room).
- Airport pick-up service upon arrival.
- Complimentary unlimited Internet access in villa.
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by restaurant order; in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
Seasonal Periods :
High Season: July 1 - 31 and September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week and Idul Fitri.
Peak Season: August 1 - 31 and December 18 - January 10.
Minimum rental period:
Low Season: 2 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights
Villa standard requirement check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Term and Booking condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Blink reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
