LOW Seasons : Jan 9 - Jun 30, Sept 16 - Dec 19 (excl. Easter & Chinese New Year)
HIGH Seasons : July 1 - July 31, sept 1 - sept 15, Chinese New Year 1-6 Feb 11 & Easter week 22-28 Apr 11
PEAK Seasons : Aug 1- Aug 31, Christmas – New Year ( Dec 15 – Jan 8 )

Minimum stay requirement:
Low Season: 5 nights,
High Season: 7 nights,
Peak Season: 10 nights
(Xmas & new year period: 14 nights)
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.

Term and Booking condition:
- A 50% deposit of the total rental amount must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice have been given to the clients.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the full
payment is received by the villa Management.
- If a deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be not materialized.
- Final payment is required at 30 days prior to arrival date for low season booking, and 60 days prior arrival for Christmas/New Year bookings or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- In the event of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within (5) working days, or on arrival if less than five (5) working days, whichever comes first.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival) then full payment upon arrival in cash is required.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit will be refunded in full and less 25% from the total rental fee with a maximum of 1000 USD, unless the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date or (91 days for High and Peak Season bookings).
- In the event of reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) then the deposit will be non-refundable.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
