Note :

- All rates include American, Australian or Asian breakfast,
- Return airport transfer for Maximum 10 Persons with one arrival schedule.
- Unlimited access to Canggu Club Facilities: Villa Casa Mateo is an exclusive member.
- Complimentary VIP Services during Peak Season. For Low and High Season upon request at USD 20 Per Person
- Car & driver service (Maximum 08 hours per day, extra hours will be charged USD 4 Per Hours).
Starting Hours at 09.00 AM. Prior notice needed one day before for early arrangement.
- Welcome drink and chilled towel upon arrival, fruit arrangement upon arrival,
- daily coffee and tea service, welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
Cook and Villa attendant services for luncheon and dinner: guests will only have to pay for groceries.
- Complimentary Daily Newspaper: Jakarta Post & Bali Post.Others will be charged at reasonable prices.
- Villa Casa Mateo also subscribes for numerous Luxury Living magazines available for our guests.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in the villa area.
- Complimentary use of two adult mountain bikes.
- Complimentary use of telescope.
- Check in time 14.00 hrs and check out time 12.00 hrs
- Late Check-Out until 16:00 hrs is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 hrs will be charged at full nightly rate.
- Rates are based on up to a maximum 10 persons. Extra guests may only be allowed with the approval of the management or the villa owner.
2. Seasonal periods requirements:
Low Season:
January 9th July 14th (excluding Easter), Sept 16st Dec 19th
High Season:
April 02nd April 09th (Easter period), July 15th July 31st, September 1st September 15th
Peak Season:
For period of August 1st August 31st, December 20th January 8th (Christmas & New Year period).
3. Terms of Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid 35 days prior to scheduled arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
4. Cancellation Policy
For bookings that are cancelled 36 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 250 administrative fee. For bookings that are cancelled 35 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable. Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail). In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
