Note :
- All rates above are subject 16% to government tax.- The 2 Bedroom Villa be able to book only in low season period and Airport transfer in/out is excluded from the villa rate.
- Maximum occupancy upto 2 persons per room.
- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
- The Rates above are do not include breakfast
Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- one time round trip Airport transfer(only book 3 Bedrooms)
- welcome drink, chilled towel, fruits + flower arrangement
- mineral water, coffee and tea facilities
- free Wi-Fi internet connection
- cable TV and audio system
- daily cleaning staff and 24-hours security

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 10 - June 30 (excl. CNY and Easter period) & October 1 - November 30
High Season: January 5 - January 9, February 2 - February 6, 2011 (Chinese New Year), April 24 - April 26, 2011 (Easter Week), July 1 - September 30 & December 1 - December 25
Peak Season: December 25 - January 5 (Xmas - New Year)
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 2 NIGHTS
High Season: 5 NIGHTS
Peak Season: 5 NIGHTS
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
