Rates above are quoted in US Dollars and inclusive of benefits:
- 1 x return airport transfers by private vehicle (additional car at US$25++/car/way)

Seasonal
- Low Season: January 9 – May 31(Excluding Easter & Chinese New Year)& September 16 – December 14
- High Season: June 1 – September 15 inclusive, Chinese New Year (January 20 – January 25 inclusive) , Easter week (April 4 – April 14 inclusive)
- Peak Season: December 15 – January 8 inclusive
Check-in and Check-out time
- Check in time: 15.00 PM.
- Check out time: 11.00 AM.
- Day use: until 06.00 PM with additional charge 50% of published rate.
Children Policy
- Under 12 years FOC sharing with parents.
- Meals 50% off from the adult price.
Villa capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, the 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.
Extra Bed
Extra bed can be arrange upon request with cost at 60,5/night/bed inclusive breakfast for 1 pax
Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 3-nights,
High Season: 5-nights,
Peak Season: 7-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.
The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
