Ideal location less than 5 minutes from seminyaks best shops and restaurants and only 1.5km to seminyak’s famous beach. Your private car and english speaking driver will take you where you want to go including any tours, restaurants or shopping. Airport transfers and breakfast are all inclusive as is gov tax and use of car and driver 8 hours per day.

Modern Luxury
This luxury 4 bedroom property has been created with meticulous attention to detail and can comfortably accommodate the needs of up to 8 adult guests with the possibility of extra children on request. Access into the villa is via a paved laneway set back from the street to ensure complete privacy. An unimposing entrance gate opens up to reveal a spacious garden environment with beautiful plants running the entire length. Towering palms and indigenous flora have been planted randomly and are surrounded by manicured lawn. The main body of the villa envelopes this area and consists of all bedrooms with glass paneled doors that slide wide open when desired.

Master Suite Sanctuary
The master suite and an additional bedroom are located on the villa’s L-shaped wing complete with wrap around terrace. While all bedrooms at Villa Raull are well appointed with bathrooms and modern comforts that invite restful slumber, it is the master suite that truly represents personal indulgence. A sanctuary for the senses, this iconic suite features a contemporary décor of furnishings in black leather, quirky pieces of artistry and a cow hide rug.

Stylish Living
The property is literally divided through the middle by a gourmet kitchen, dining and living environment bathed in natural sunlight. A solid wood dining table, surrounded by an eclectic array of mismatched chairs, gives the setting a unique edge. The far end of this open-plan space is reserved as a sitting area with cushioned sofas and armchairs arranged around a low rise coffee table with 32inch plasma, free unlimited wifi internet, dvd, ipod dock and 500 channel cable tv network.

Poolside Ambience
The side section of the property features another two bedrooms that are orientated over an enormous swimming pool edged by a sun deck. It is here that guests can spend lazy hours enjoying the poolside ambience and Bali’s tropical weather conditions. Several reclining lounge chairs have been set up around the pool with sunbrellas for those who prefer some degree of shade. Nestled in a far corner of the garden is a Balinese styled pavilion that provides a quiet niche to read or take pleasure in an afternoon siesta.

Villa Raull boasts a private chef service with a wonderful array of international dishes. Many Western meals are available, but we recommend you to try some of the local Balinese dishes for a unique cultural experience! Dinner parties and small functions can all be catered within the villa for groups of maximum 30 guests – please ask the chef or manager for more details

Large Dining Groups
