Note :

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- Welcome drinks, tropical fresh fruits and cold towels upon arrival
- daily breakfast
- daily cleaning sevice + linen
- car + driver to use up to 8 hours (7 seats) excluded petrol

Seasonal periods:
Low Season : All months except High Season
High Season : Easter week (April 4 – April 14 inclusive), July – 15 September and December 20 – January 5

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights

The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit may be payable directly to the Owner or Owner’s Representative immediately upon arrival at the Property. The standard security deposit required for each Property is stated in the Property description; however the Owner has the right to impose different requirements on a case by case basis. Access to the Property may be refused if security deposit is not paid in full. When the security deposit is required to be paid in cash, or when a non-standard security deposit applies, we will inform the Guest in advance of the amount payable and any other conditions.

The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deducting:
- all additional expenses incurred on the Guest’s behalf (e.g. additional charges for goods, services like food, drinks and massages etc)
- the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to the Guest’s departure, the Owner or the Owner’s Representative is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimate from the Guest’s security deposit, and will return any balance to the Guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined.

Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Raull reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
