High & Peak Season Periods
- Low season period: January 9 - July 14, September 16 - December 19
- High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Week
- Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8

Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

Booking or Reservation
- Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
- A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
- A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
- A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00
- Check-out time: 12:00
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

The Villa Booking Procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
