Note :
1. RatesAll rates are net/villa/night, quoted in USD, inclusive of :
- Welcome drinks on arrival
- Airport pick-up service
Rates do not include breakfast.
2. High & Peak Season Periods
A. Villa Talisa High season period: July 1 - September 15
B. Peak season period: December 20 - January 10
3. Reservation Procedure All enquiries are handled on first come/first payment received basis Cut off date :
Low season period : 30 days
High season period : 45 days
Peak season period (Christmas/New Year) : 60 days
4. Minimum Stay
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights
5. Villa Capacity
Details of the number of guests including children (and their ages) are required prior to acceptance of any reservation. Should the party exceed the maximum villa capacity (2 adults per room); the management may not be able to accept the reservation. Therefore, please ensure that you select the appropriate villa type to accommodate your (client’s) family or group.
6. Check in/out time
Check-in time : after 14:00
Check-out time : before 12:00 In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, NVS may extend the check-out time until 14.00. Late check-out until 18.00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check-out after 18.00.
7. Terms of Payment
- All enquiries can only be held for three (3) working days without guaranteed deposit.
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by NVS within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within five (5) days or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable
- Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the agent/client
- Final payments are non-refundable
8. Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by NVS in writing. Cancellation policy for booking during low season period :
- Without any charge 31 days before the check-in date.
- Between 30 days and 16 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value.
- Between 15 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value. Cancellation policy for booking during high season period :
- Without any charge 46 days before the check-in date.
- Between 45 days and 31 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value.
- Between 30 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value. Cancellation policy for booking during peak season period :
- Without any charge 61 days before the check-in date.
- Between 60 days and 31 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value.
- Between 30 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value.
9. Use of the Villa
Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permission must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Also, clients should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighborhoods, and as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. Much depends on the vagaries of the neighborhood’s residents.
With your acceptance of this contract rates, we would appreciate if you could sign a copy of this letter and return it immediately to us. Please note that if we don’t receive the signed copy within 7 (seven) working days, the contract will not be valid.
