Note :
The rates above is inclusive of the following benefit:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- daily breakfast
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Flowers arrangement
- WI-FI internet connection
- Butler service
- Fully staff: maids, chef and in house manager
Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%
Seasonal Periods
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year)
September 16th to December 19th
High Season: June 1st to September 15th
Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th
The villa standard check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Minimum Stay and Rental Rates:
The usual minimum stay is 3 nights during "low season" and 7 nights in "high season"; rental rates vary according to season and are subject to change without notice.
Villa Booking procedures:
- A 50% as down payment from total rental value is required to secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa(within 45 days in low season,60 days in high season and peak season)
- And the remaining due balance is non refundable
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by Fax or email at least 45 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 61 days prior to arrival for High Season and Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Villa Capacity:
The management Windu Sari villa is strictly observe the villa capacity policy. Four bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is up to 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or hold a function at the villa then must be informed in advance to the villa management otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
