The above rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge• Maximum number of guests is 8

Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
Inclusions
• Complimentary air-port transfers.
• Twice daily shuttle service to Ubud.
• Complimentary 6 hour day tour
• Daily breakfast of juices, fresh fruit, egg dishes, toast/croissants.
• Full-time domestic staff of 2 and a night-watchman/gardener.
• A cook if required.
• On-call manager.
Services available on request
• Car-hire available – approx cost for 6 hours with a driver – 300,000 rp - $A40 - $US30
• Manager will provide assistance with tour planning.
• Lunch or dinner can be prepared on request. You pay only for the ingredients required which staff will purchase fresh from the market.
• Balinese massage by local village masseuse. Ni Nyoman Suderri, using traditional essential oils blended according to ancient recipes. 1 ½ hours 100,000rp - $A14 - $US11
Liability
The owner disclaims all or any liability for property loss or damage as well as injury or death sustained by any person whilst residing in the villa, or whilst engaged on any tour.
