Note :
All rates above are inclusive 21% to government tax & Service Charge.Benefit and inclusion:
- welcome chilled towel and refreshment upon arrival

- daily breakfast maximum 6 persons in each villa

- Shuttle to Ubud upon request ( subject to availability )
- complimentary round-trip Airport transfer.
The extra bed is at USD 25/bed, and will be provided subject to availability.

High : 1 - 7January , 1 July - 15 September , 15 - 31 December
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 10 nights
Check-in and check-out Policy:
- Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00
- Late check out until 18:00 pm is charge 50% from the existing above rates and after 18:00
considered full night charge applied.
- Late check out is subject the villa availability and prior notification is request.
Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
